Cold email that actually reaches the inbox

Appnly Mailer sends personalised outreach campaigns from your own mailbox, at a human pace, with daily limits and merge tags. Your contacts stay yours, and every email comes from your address, not a shared relay.

50 free credits to start. No card required.

Send from your own address

Connect Google in one click, or use any mailbox with standard SMTP: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, cPanel, Zoho or Titan. Replies land in your normal inbox.

Personalised, not blasted

Merge tags fill in each recipient's first name and company. Emails are spaced out and capped per day so your domain reputation survives.

Know what happened

Every campaign reports what was sent, what is queued and what failed, with the reason and timestamp for each contact.

Check your setup first

Built-in domain check reads your MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and tells you what is missing before you send a single email.

Write it faster

Optional AI drafting for subject lines, email bodies and signatures, trained on the deliverability rules built into the tool.

Your list stays yours

We never email your contacts for our own purposes, never sell them, and never share them. You can delete them at any time.

How it works

  1. Create an account and connect the mailbox you want to send from.
  2. Upload your contacts as a CSV with name, company and email.
  3. Write your email, or have the AI draft it, and preview it with real contact data.
  4. Send or schedule. Emails go out gradually, within the daily cap you set.

Why we ask for Google access

If you choose to connect a Google account, we request a single permission: send email on your behalf (gmail.send). We use it only to deliver the campaigns you create, from your address, when you tell us to send them.

We do not request and cannot obtain access to read, search, delete or modify your email. We do not read your inbox. Your Google credentials are never seen or stored by us: Google holds them, and we keep only a revocable token. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, or from your Google Account permissions.

Help & getting started

From zero to your first campaign in 5 steps

Work through these in order. It takes about 15 minutes, and you only do steps 1 and 2 once.

1

Connect your mailbox

In Settings, enter the email you send from and a Google app password. This is what actually sends your mail.

How do I get an app password? →
2

Check your domain

Run Domain check on your sending domain. Green across the board means your mail is far more likely to reach the inbox.

3

Add your contacts

Upload a CSV in Contacts, or type them in by hand. Duplicates and invalid addresses are skipped automatically.

What should the CSV look like? →
4

Write the email

In Campaigns, write your subject and body. Drop in merge tags like {{CompanyName}} to personalise each one.

See all merge tags →
5

Test, then send

Always Send test to yourself first. Happy with it? Hit send and we drip them out safely in batches.

Getting a Google app password

Google will not let an app use your normal password. You need a 16-character app password instead. You only do this once.

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/security
  2. Turn on 2-Step Verification if it is not already on. App passwords do not exist without it.
  3. Back on that page, search for App passwords.
  4. Create one and name it Mailer.
  5. Google shows a 16-character code like abcd efgh ijkl mnop. Copy it.
  6. Paste it into Settings → App password, then press Test connection.
Test connection says "Username and Password not accepted"? The app password was mistyped, was revoked, or belongs to a different Google account than the one in Login email. Generate a fresh one and paste it again.

How your CSV should look

Three columns with a header row. Column order does not matter and extra columns are ignored.

NameCompany NameEmail
Priya SharmaHotel Grandpriya@hotelgrand.com
James LeeCourtyard Bostonjlee@courtyard.com
(blank is fine)The Ridge Hotelfrontdesk@ridge.com
  • Email is the only required column. Rows without a valid email are skipped.
  • A blank Name is fine. Use a greeting like "Hi there," when you do not have real names.
  • Duplicate addresses are skipped, so re-uploading a bigger list is safe.
  • Put one email per row. Several addresses in one cell go out as a single email and those recipients can see each other.

Merge tags

Type these anywhere in your subject or body and each recipient gets their own version.

{{FirstName}}First word of the namePriya
{{Name}}Full namePriya Sharma
{{CompanyName}}Company columnHotel Grand
{{Email}}Their email addresspriya@hotelgrand.com
If a contact has no value for a tag, the tag is left as-is. Check the Live preview before sending so you never mail out a raw {{FirstName}}.

Staying out of spam

Do this

  • Send from a real person, like priya@company.com
  • Keep it short, plain and personal
  • Include a physical address and an opt-out
  • Start slow, 20 to 40 a day, and build up
  • Personalise the first line for each recipient

Avoid this

  • Role addresses like info@ or noreply@
  • Heavy HTML templates, big images and lots of links
  • Long lists of services in bold, it reads as spam
  • Attachments on a first cold email
  • Blasting hundreds on day one from a new domain

How credits work

  • 1 credit = 1 email sent. Test sends count too.
  • You start with 100 free credits once your account is approved.
  • Paid plans top your balance up automatically every month.
  • At 0 credits sending pauses and resumes once you top up. Nothing is lost.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals. Credits you already have stay on your account.

Something not working?

"Your account is awaiting approval"

New accounts are reviewed before sending is enabled. You can set everything up meanwhile. Contact us if it takes more than a day.

My emails are going to spam

Run Domain check first. Missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC is the usual cause. After that, look at your content and your sending address.

Contacts show as Failed

Open Report and read the error on the row. Authentication errors mean your app password needs replacing. Rejected addresses usually mean the mailbox does not exist.

Sending seems slow

That is deliberate. We space messages out and cap them per day to protect your sender reputation. You can raise the cap in Settings, but slower is safer.

Still stuck?

Premium and Ultra Premium get a reply within one business day. Need it sooner, or want us to set the whole thing up for you?

Prefer your own mail app? hello@appnly.com

Domain check

Check whether your sending domain is set up to land in the inbox. We look at MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Billing

Credits are consumed one per email sent. Plans renew monthly and top your balance back up automatically. Cancel any time, credits you already have stay on your account.

Sending account

Send from a real person, not a role address. Mailboxes like hello@, info@, support@, sales@ and noreply@ are filtered far more aggressively by spam systems, and the damage grows with volume. Use something like firstname@yourcompany.com and put a real human name in From name. People reply to people, not to inboxes.
Gmail or Google Workspace

Recommended for Google accounts. No app password, no 2-Step Verification setup. We only ask for permission to send, never to read your mail.

Or connect manually cPanel, Zoho, Titan, Outlook, or a Gmail app password

Terms of Service

Last updated 20 July 2026. Please read these terms before using the platform.

The most important thing on this page. We are a software provider. You are the sender. You alone decide who to email, what to write, and whether you have permission to contact those people. We accept no responsibility or liability for how you use the platform, including spam complaints, blocklisting, regulatory penalties, legal claims, or court proceedings arising from your emails. If a claim is brought because of what you sent, it is yours to answer, and you agree to cover any cost it causes us. What we provide is the tool and support in using it.

1. What this service is

We provide software that connects to your own email mailbox and sends messages you create, to recipients you supply. We do not supply recipient lists, write your content, or send email on our own behalf.

2. Your account

Give accurate details when registering, keep your password secure, and stay responsible for everything done under your account. New accounts are reviewed before sending is enabled, and we may decline or delay approval at our discretion.

3. Your responsibility for what you send

By sending through the platform you confirm that:

  • You have a lawful basis to contact every recipient, and you did not obtain them in breach of any law or third-party terms.
  • Your messages comply with all applicable law where you and your recipients are located, including CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR and ePrivacy (EU/UK), CASL (Canada), and any local equivalent.
  • Every message carries a valid physical postal address and a working opt-out, and you honour opt-out requests promptly.
  • You do not misrepresent who you are, and your subject lines are not deceptive.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use the platform for: unsolicited bulk email to purchased or scraped lists without a lawful basis; phishing, malware, or fraud; harassment or hate; adult, gambling, or illegal goods and services; impersonating any person or organisation; or attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or another customer's data.

5. Your sending mailbox

You connect your own mailbox using your own credentials. Your email provider's terms and sending limits apply to you directly. We do not control, and are not responsible for, any throttling, suspension, or closure of your mailbox by your provider.

6. Credits, billing and cancellation

Sending consumes credits, one per email. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled, and top your balance up on each renewal. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep credits already on your account. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable. Prices may change with notice.

7. Support

Support covers using the platform. It does not include writing your campaigns or taking responsibility for your sending decisions.

  • Ultra Premium and Premium — response within one business day.
  • Basic and free accounts — best effort, and responses may be delayed at busy times.
  • Urgent support ($49, one time) — a response within 1 to 4 hours during working hours, available on any plan.
  • Setup service ($99, one time) — an engineer fixes your DNS records and sets up and tests your first campaign with you.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, inbox placement, delivery, open rates, or any business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost business, reputational harm, blocklisting, or damaged sender reputation. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, penalty, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, your recipients, or your breach of these terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close any account immediately, without refund, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, or where continued sending puts our platform, our other customers, or third parties at risk.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand having jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.

12. Contact

Privacy Policy

Last updated 20 July 2026.

1. Who we are

We operate this email sending platform. For your own account information we act as the data controller. For the contact lists you upload, you are the controller and we are only the processor: they are your data, collected by you, and we process them solely to send the emails you instruct.

2. What we collect

  • Account details — name, company, email address, phone, and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
  • Sending credentials — the mailbox address and app password you enter, stored so the platform can send on your instruction.
  • Contact data you upload — names, company names, and email addresses in your CSV files, plus the delivery status of each message.
  • Usage and technical data — sign-in sessions, actions in the app, and error logs.
  • Payment data — handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card details; we keep only your subscription reference and plan status.

3. How we use it

To run your account, send the campaigns you create, show your reports, take payment, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contacts you upload for our own marketing or share them with other customers.

4. Who else touches your data

  • Your email provider (for example Google or Microsoft) — the emails you send pass through your own mailbox under their terms.
  • PayPal — subscription payments.
  • DigitalOcean — hosting.

5. Security

Access is over HTTPS, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and sessions are restricted cookies. Credentials and data sit on an access-controlled server. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and campaign data is kept while your account is open. You can delete contacts and campaigns yourself at any time, which removes them from our database. Ask us to close your account and we will delete your data, other than records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to us and we will act on it. If a recipient on one of your lists contacts us about their data, we will point them to you, since you are the controller of that list.

8. Cookies

We set a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on the platform.
